Rebeccah Dent is a multidisciplinary visual artist based in Sydney, where she lives with her partner and young son. Her practice spans painting, drawing, sculpture, illustration, photography, collage, and furniture design, with creativity only ever limited by imagination and materials. Known for her diverse and evolving style, Rebeccah embraces experimentation and discovery as essential to her process, resisting the confines of a single aesthetic.
Having grown up between the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and the Blue Mountains, her work carries a deep connection to the tension between city, sea, and wilderness, exploring themes of isolation, saturation, and the emotional landscapes that emerge in between. Moving between naturalism and abstraction, her pieces often reflect personal interpretations of experience, and a quiet, spiritual connection to the environment. Through her wide-ranging, intuitive practice, Rebeccah invites viewers into a world where art becomes both a reflection and a journey.
